Beautiful site, pre-booked and had no issues, happily pay again! Clean toilets, clean water, super quiet area
The most beautiful town I’ve ever seen. Basic campsite, toilet is close and clean. Right on the river, perfect for a swim! Love it
The motorway nearby is pretty noisy, especially during night and people tend to squat camping sites without booking. Except for that, it’s a great place near the river.
Very nice spot (although I was there when it was flooding). Very quiet. Sites are large and grassy. Toilets/showers are dirty and not maintained. Other than that, lovely place
Really lovely spot. Pre-booked online- Paid per night for 2. No power and only 4 sites. Toilets and cold showers.
Good spot and lovely town, the camping is basic but nice
Great spot although the toilets are just ok and the showers are really dirty. The easiest way to book is via visit southern highlands website. The cost is $18 per night but beware I think we were the only people there that paid so someone may be in your site. Site one offers the best shade and privacy.
There is no reception, you have to do a phone call, friendly woman. The toilets and shower are not so clean and nice. Its a nice place next to the river and you can do a nice walk. Its usually a park where lot of other people and kids come to be at the river. We paid 17 dollars , its too much for this camping.
A lovely reserve alongside the Wingecarribee River in the heart of an historic village dating back to the 183Os . There are four sites only and bookings can be made through the Mittagong Tourist Information Centre or online. There is a walk along the river with interpretive signs pointing out the location of German Internee huts the From World War.
