Nice site, very friendly staff. The amenties were super clean. Location right on the lake, full of swans. Great for a short stay on the way through.
Excellent park, on lake, quiet location, Excellent ammenities, camp kitchen, powered site 2 people $39 May 2024
Stayed one night at a powered site. Paid 67 AUD during peak season
Der beste Park bis jetzt! Sehr gross und sauber. Tolle Küche mit Induktionsplatten und Grill. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Very welcoming park. Lady that took our booking late in the day very helpful. Nice facilities. A lovely break after a big day of travel. Worth a visit. Bike/walking track lovely.
Very nice! Lake view! Great facilities and big camp kitchen. Staff was very friendly!
Very nice park - highly recommended. The most beautiful on our tour from Brisbane to Sydney. We have an en-suite site, brand new (also nice - shower + toilet for yourself). However, the normal toilet / shower facilities (although a bit old) very clean. Great location, right on the lake with beautiful sunsets.
Had a beautiful stay. Good camp Kitchen. Paid 30$ for an unpowered site (2ppl) on a sunday.
State-run campsite, therefore good infrastructure and good general image. Seasonal rates range from $ 27 off-season, $ 34 off power, low-season $ 38 without and $ 45 off, off peak season even more. You should know that. We went out of 27 and thought that you could take the detour for it. Had we known this before, the choice would probably have fallen on a different place. However, the price is justified in that there are large clean key accessible sanitary facilities. A large stainless steel kitchen and clean barbecues are available as well as beautiful covered seating (even with TV who is on it). For children there is also enough employment such. B. hopping trampolines. My highlight was the beautiful view of the lake (unpowered site) at sunset.
$27 for two people per night, for an unpowered ten site. Which seems relatively cheap. Staff friendly on arrival. Camp site has boom gates however on the unpowered part there is public access so random people not part of the park walk past all the time, the view isn’t great. The location we were given were full of ants nest all over - which was really annoying. Kitchen was modern and seemed really good. Toilet were dated and ladies were clean but men’s not so much. Also whilst we stayed there were a group of people with a fair few dogs one being rather large that was not on a leash so you did see on edge. Over all I don’t think I’d stay again, I didn’t feel comfortable...
