I was expecting it to glow, so I hiked at night. It does not glow. There are, however, HEAPS of barking geckos on the path! They're SO cute! Don't go if you're afraid of the dark, though, because kangaroos keep snapping branches at random and there's heaps of frogsong covering other noises.
