Very large grassed area for vans and tents. Weekends can get a bit noisy, boats running around the dam (daytime). Monday to Friday we shared the campground with a few campers and the cows. Toilets and hot showers are OK could do with more regular cleaning but for $5 per person per night it will do. Bring your fishing line, we came across a fellow yesterday who pulled in a Murray Cod. A dump point with hose to flush your cassette but no tap to fill drinking or shower water. We will be back.

It costs, $5 per/person per/night, hot shower, grassy area, clean toilets, lovely and peaceful would recommend 👌... phone service bit spotty in places.

Lovely site with plenty of space. $ per person per day (honesty box at entrance). Hot showers are available, controlled by a timer (not sure how long) - and there is a $1 contribution expected, with an honesty box provided. Bins also provided, but there was no recycling.

Had 4 nights at Chaffey Dam and loved every minute even though it rained 2 of the afternoon/nights. Short drive to Nundle and hanging rock lookout. Change of price per person due to some campers not paying

I still have happy memories of the most beautiful overnight stay we had last Xmas. Yes a lot of the ground is uneven and you might have to do a bit of reconnaissance to find a flatish spot but so worth the effort. I can’t wait to go back and spend longer there. Showers and toilets good
