It's a Showground so manage your expectations but the newish toilet facilities are clean, the water hot and caretaker friendly. If you don't understand old country bloke humour you'll probably think he's rude. He's not. He goes out of his way to set you up somewhere suitable for you. We were in a campervan and paid $20 for an unpowered site for the night. Its not a holiday destination, but, for a night, perfect. Would very much recommend.

Terrible sites, amenities have white tail spider nest in them. Caretakers are rood and hate dogs no kitchen

The campground has new facilities that are clean.The caretaker is very nice and we paid $30 for 2 persons for one night.

Great site, I’m in a swag. With the rain the caretaker who doesn’t say much at first (some people think he is rude, he isn’t). He considers the best option for all campers based on sites he has available. With heavy storms predicted he placed me under a shed. There are some level sites hidden so don’t be alarmed just ring when you show up he will guide you. Powered and water for vans at these sites. I paid $10 a night I believe it’s $19 for a van. Drove for hours to arrive to a sign saying not open to campers, even though there was somebody camped up with a caravan, watching TV (so connected to the powered site) when we drove in to scope it out. Rang the caretaker and didn’t get the ‘friendly’ vibe I read about in previous comments. Don’t waste your time driving here before contacting the caretaker to see if it is available for camping, we had to drive there to find out and currently have nowhere to safely sleep the night in the cold.

A very cheap and comfortable stay for one night. The caretaker was helpful with a great dry sense of humour. Showers were clean. Powered pitch for $20. Town within walking distance.

Very nice campground. We satyed for 1 night with a campervan.The amenities were clean. There is even a laundyroom. Would recommend!

Great spot with a very nice caretaker. The only problem were the hundreds of very noisy parrots who nest around the grounds - wouldn’t make it without earplugs..
