It's an 18km unsealed road to get there so unfortunately we had to tu n back as our van hire company will only let us do 12km

If you have a 2wd think twice about staying here as the road is more like a 4wd track! Pretty horrible road so makes you question what your park entry fee is going towards. Aside from the road, the sites are large and spacious. There is a lovely swimming beach and rock pools to snorkel in. Plenty of wildlife too

The road is unsealed and accessable for all cars, just drive cautiuosly and mindful of the sparatic potholes. Scenic views of the coast and if you're patient you can even see some whales. No drinkable water BYO firewood Gas BBQ's

Beautiful sea view, nice location, with barbecue. $ 24 / night for 2 people, just dry toilets. A little expensive

Well worth the fees. There is quite a long bumpy dirt track to access the campground, but you can still do it in a 2wd. You have to book a site through the NSW parks website. And you should book in advance because it gets busy in the holiday periods. No power, but there is water (not drinking) and some toilets and a picnic area. There’s some walking tracks nearby, one of which leads to the beach which is a good place for snorkelling. There’s sites for caravans and campervans and separate area for tents. Loads of wildlife here, we rocked up after dark and we were greeted by kangaroos, possums and all sorts.

Great campsite. Lots of space. Gas bbqs and your own fire pit at your camp site. Walk to the beach is 1 minute away. Good fishing for tailor and trevally. Be careful of eels near the rocks. Washing hands in the water will bring a nasty surprise. I found out the hard way. Otherwise would be back again. Once night fall comes everything is bliss. By the day, cicadas will destroy your ear drums, I was able to measure a constant 80dB during the day. If you’re in a trailer, you’ll be able to escape the noise. If you’re in a tent, prepare, bring some ear plugs or something. Not good for hangovers. Haha. Fantastic place. Go visit

Such a great site to camp. There are individual fire pits but there's also a gas powered BBQ which was cleaned regularly. If you are out late, you can cook here without the drama of getting a fire going. It is close to the Pulpit lookout and Lighthouse. Really lovely spot. Highly recommended.
