We stayed here for three nights in the off-season and really enjoyed seeing lots of kangaroos. The toilet facilities are old but very clean. Showers cost $1 for four minutes because there isn't much water here. The shop has good coffee and lunchtime snacks. A kayak tour on the lake is highly recommended. As is the hike to Depot Beach.

we loved our stay here and would have extended for another night if we had the time! we got to see up close so many kangaroos, parrots, rabbits and other birds. the campground itself was really well kept, staff were friendly and facilities were clean. walking distance to the beach and lake. highly recommend!!

Stayed for 2 nights. This site has become one of my favorite. The lady at front desk has a lovely smile. We saw LOTS of kangaroos, parrots, even a bandicoot. A beautiful beach just down the road. Bathroom 10/10 clean, paid hot shower and laundry. Cold shower is for free. Stunning stars at night. No light except for the campfire.

We were accommodated with a last minute request which was great. Very close to a lovely family friendly beach and surf beach. Clean amenities but paid hot water showers (for 4 minutes) which I thought was expensive considering we paid quite high for two people on a powered site (peak). No playground for the kids but kayak and surfboard hire and the beach so close by.
