What a fabulous spot for self contained travellers. Book at the Richmond club reception. Great shower /toilet, dumppoint and water. Can be powered or unpowered. Need to use chocks for sloping spaces.

Don't take vans. Only large caravans.

Hi everyone! Great spot for the improvised camper, electric charging, water charging, wastewater disposal available. Clean and spacious toilets and showers. The site is located in the Richmond club parking lot; you have to park at the entrance and go to the reception to reserve the location. The staff is very welcoming and professional. They give you your space number as well as a badge to access the parking lot and toilets. All for $30. Delighted :D

This park is an asphalt car park, not great in Richmond's summer heat 38°, very,very littleshade. No water at most powered sights. Single file, can only put your annex out if you are lucky enough to get one on the edge of one of the higher levels, otherwise they encroach on the road space and is a definite no, no. Park is sloping, our campervan's levellers would get nowhere near levelling our van. Sadly we drove another 2hrs to find the next free/low cost sight for that night

Only for motorhomes. Don't accept cars. Ridiculous.

VERY happy with the site. Must be self contained, so, join club $0, $25/night with power & water. Catch train into Sydney Central, 10 min walk away. 15 min walk to shopping centre. Bowls club does AMAZING meals with member discounts & the staff are excellent!! Definitely recommend this site, it has it all in our opinion!!

It is only for caravans. No cars allowed

Positive: we were out late and were able to check in at 8 p.m. The people in the club were friendly and helpful. The pitches are very large and cheap. However, we had one that wasn't completely flat. No problem for one night. Negative: The toilets including showers were really dirty. Unfortunately we had no other choice that night. However, we wouldn't come back again! It's more of a normal parking lot than a campsite.

Great overnighter, check in at reception. Staff was very attentive and welcoming. Sites are huge and site is very clean. Some piches are uneven but most are flat. Definitely staying again Fees: $10 per night non-powered sites / $25 per night powered sites ($20 thob deposit)

Used to be excellent value. Now more expensive than nearby caravan parks. Disappointing.
