If you are lucky, you can set up your camp along the river (but not on the edge, crocs inhabit area). Nice sunset and enjoy to have a fresh cool wind during the night. Nice spot to use your fishing line !

Nice camping spots alongside the river. Banks are raised up so should be safe from crocs! Or you can camp further away from the river. Very quiet and peaceful place away from any traffic noise

Need to be self sufficient Flies !!!!!! Drove through but did not stay because of the flies. Fishing spot plus crocs

Great! We came from north. Luckily we left the 4 other camps behind and tried to like Towns River camp. Lovely campground next to the river. We felt in a safe zone for staying in the normal tent. 6,60$pPers, clean ecotoilet, firepits for cooking on each site, have been the only campers that night.. (off season). Plenty of space in separated areas.
