Water has dried up this time of year. However still worth a visit. Hike isn’t too long but challenging rock scramble at the end. Ensure you are wearing good footwear. Also beach entry sand is very hot.
Very cold. Campsite is very well maintained, friendly site managers.
Road in is currently closed. Kev Woolgoolgaoffroad
It's only a tiny waterfall now(like the brochures tell you), but the surroundings are great! Walk to the end and relax on the white beach
When is a dog not a dog? When it's a jar. You'll see when you get here ;-))))
According to the brochures, the flow of the falls is enormous, whatever the season. Visit in July, thinner than a campground shower at Kings Creek station. You can swim in the pool, it's refreshing but creepy because very dark water and crocodile risk prevention panels on the way. Finally it was the access road in 4 * 4 which was the most fun.
Beautiful waterfall and swimming spot! Not an easy walking track. Don’t bring too many things with you as you’ll need your hands to walk the track. It’s definitely not a 900m walk - took 40minutes one way ? enjoy!
