Appalling service and zero hospitality. We notified the property of our late arrival and completed their form, but the promised access details never came. When we called for help, the staff member was rude and hung up. They blamed us for being late and dismissed our emails as “not my responsibility.” We followed their instructions, yet were treated as the problem. We got in, but received no apology or facility guidance. Blaming guests for a communication failure is unacceptable.
Perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Location is great, but the facilities were only average. Our campsite was “ensuite” so we had our own bathroom. However, it wasn't sour at all, there was mold on the walls and we definitely didn't feel comfortable. The spaces themselves are also super tight and if you're standing next to two long-term campers, you actually have to give up a lot of your space. Too bad...
Such a nice place. Without a doubt the best baths and toilets we’ve seen on our trip. Right next to the beach but not the most interesting area but I’m not sure I can speak on that - we didn’t have much time to explore:/ They had evening activities (dj/singer and music and oven baked pizza for $22-24) on Saturday night
Worst campsite ever! Do NOT stay here!!! Over priced crap facilities and rude staff. No wifi. Don’t bother wasting your money.
10/10 favourite campsite on the east coast! Lovely clean amenities that were spacious and modern. Really good location close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. 30 min walk along the beach to surfers paradise or hire an e-bike from outside and you’re there in 10 mins. Bus stop there too! Nice grass area across the road to relax with a view of the sea. Pool area clean but could do with a few more sun loungers if we’re being picky! 100% would stay here again.
The common areas are very clean and large. A little far from the center but a free bus takes you there.
The place is very close to the sea. The sanitary facilities are very modern, electricity, water and sewage are right on site (at Powered Sites). There are a few families on the site, and it is a few kilometers to the center of Surfers Paradise. There is a bus right on the main street.
Really small pool and facilities not clean.
Great campingground with a nice kitchen and clean amenities.
