The receptionist wasn't very friendly, and $30 for an unpowered campsite for one person seemed excessive when everywhere else I'd been charged $10 or $15. On the other hand, the facilities were very well maintained and clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped.
By far one of the best campgrounds I’ve stayed in. Spotless showers and toilets. Really friendly staff. There’s plenty of phone signal and they also have wifi
Arrived at 5pm to be told we could only have a powered site. $38 for 2. It looked unpowered were available 😢 Camp kitchen was almost unusable due to a large group of cyclists and support vehicles. We were not told this. Other campers were also trying to access the kitchen. Very dusty gravel site. Amenities good but not the best experience by a long way
The best campsite ever! Fully equipped kitchen with TV. Fantastic shower block! Everything very spacious and clean! And the baths you can add are just incredibly relaxing. Wellness after a long journey, just perfect
There’s no phone signal in the whole town (Woolworths mobile) Stayed there for a night. The water and electricity didn’t work as there was a heavy thunderstorm in the night we’ve arrived but it looked all very clean. The camp kitchen had nearly everything you need to cook a great meal. All in all we had a good stay
Nice quiet caravan park. Very good amenities. Baths booked out.
Baths are great and relaxing otherwise not worth visiting, flies are awful although facilities are clean, new site lacking atmosphere.
5 star place, really great guests, clean amenities, free bikes for campers, dump station, free pool. Perfect place to spend a relaxing day
Awesome campground to pass the night ! Owners really nice, amenities extra clean, communal pool next to it and free for camping users :)
Amazing campsite in outback Queensland. The managers are so welcoming and do their best to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The toilet/shower blocks look almost new and are kept to a very high standard of cleaning - great facilities. The artesian baths are an amazing experience, very peaceful and the cheese board was fantastic. There are free bikes (in great condition) that can be used by campers, free tokens for the swimming pool next door and free wifi. Better facilities than most of the campsites I have stayed at on the coast, never mind outback. Highly recommend to anybody travelling along this highway!
