Great stay at this council campsite, good location for visiting the Daintree NP. Washing facilities are clean with card operated laundry available. Camping at this site includes access to the 50m outdoor pool which is fantastic! Camp kitchen has fridge, freezer, BBQ, toaster, kettle, microwave and sink. WiFi is fine in communal space. Reception staff very welcoming and friendly, especially Amanda. She was always friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Great site for the price.

Great council run campground for $39 AUD per unpowered site. The amenities are super clean and well looked after. The 50 meter pool next door is free for the campground guests, make sure to use the opportunity to have a quick dip!

I’m pretty sure they must have gotten new owners because our experience was opposite to all of the bad reviews! A very good, clean, quiet caravan park!!! Friendly staff!! Toilets and showers very big and very clean!! Pressure in the shower is also amazing ? lots of space!!

Overpiced campground with old and dirty facilities. But should be an easy fix if the owner put some effort in it.

Don't go there. Poor welcome! We went there because all the campsites were full in July. The lady who runs the campsite didn't want to give us a price despite the very little space we had. Parked in a parking lot without grass, in a small space with grass without electricity or in a large space with electricity (which we couldn't get), the price remained the same: 30 dollars for 2 people, which is not worth it at all! Kitchen without hot water or equipment, toilets and showers ok and fortunately there was a large swimming pool to raise the standard. I do not recommend this campsite, poor value for money and terrible welcome!

On this date the sanitary facilities are clean. Access to the large swimming pool. Questionable cuisine. Few people apparently at all times. No internet. 37 AUD for 2, roof tent, with electricity. Expensive for what it is. Next to the swimming pool you can barely hear the road.

Don’t go here!!! Expensive. Old. Dirty. Unfriendly staff. No WiFi. Also much noise of the road. You hear all night pool bubble. Small crappy campsite. All night stand day lights on, so you almost can't sleep. Bizarre.
