Nice walk, good, reasonable prized coffee, free wifi in the visitor center, but access to the 3 shortwalks is 32$. Anyway, worth it!
Notice on website: The Tahune Adventures site and the surrounding forest area have been impacted by the January Bushfires and will be closed until further notice whilst we re-establish aspects of the site that have been damaged. We will be reopening late in the year with a revitalised and renewed Tahune Adventures Tasmania.
We had a fantastic day. They're happy for you to take your pet through on the walks with you as it is state forest and not national park. Free camping onsite is included with your ticket and there is also free wifi at the centre. Make sure you pop in and see the big tree on the way out.... By far the largest tree in the world!!!
28 km from Geeveston and cost 30$ to have access to the walking tracks.
