I stayed at this park for a period of time. I've got to no most. In the time I spent here. The park was great. Yes there's a few sad ones with not much to do but create dramas. But that's everywhere. The park is clean. Leaves can be a problem. But always kept maintained. Annita is lovely. The amenities are always clean. A few times the residence leave a mess but it cleaned very promptly. Don't belive the vicious rumours as most isn't true. Other wise great park. It has cleaned up alot.

Nice caravan park. Older style village. I spent a few months here. I enjoyed my break. Very quiet relaxing place. Some nights a few planes cross over can be annoying. But being close to the cbd makes it affordable. It doesn't pay to listen to the full time residence as there a cple of haters and some unicon storys. Management were lovely. Les Neva stops and annita does a great job in the office and deserves a Lil more respect as they say. I will be back to this park when work returns. I love it

I believe the excavator was in to remove stumps also do a drive way. I dont believe the story you have put up. Bagging the management. As a resident management has done a very good job on this place. There's always one against this place. Travelers don't let this hater destroy a Lovley quiet park.

Well 8:00am this morning sunday the. Excuse for a manager had a excavator in park waking everybody up HE TOLD ME THE OWNER GAVE HIM A DRUG TEST HE HAD A LITTLE PEE BOTTLE IN HIS POCKET IT WAS FEMALE PISS HE SELLS THE SHIT FROM THE FRONT CARAVAN PARK HOUSE WE HAD A BLOKE IN HERE WITH A KNIFE THE POLICE COME TOOK HIM AWAY POLICE TOLD HIM NOT TO COME BACK HE DID MANAGERS LEZ ANNITA LET HIM BACK IN SAME STORY WITH A GUY WITH A BASEBALL BAT OR A ELDERLY GENTLEMAN WHO PASSED NOT LONG A GO LEZ LET P

$80 for one night, power side. Too much for what it gives. No green areas inside the park or around, nothing actually to do. Website booking or email does not work, phones it is a question of how luck you are to someone pick up. No wifi. Clean toilets at least

For price we did expect more. The toilets, shower (not lockable) electric are old and not really nice to see. The staff was very friendly,

This was a convenient and comfortable place for our visit to Melbourne. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There doesn't seem to be an online booking system so phone to confirm. From Upfield Station there are trains to the centre of Melbourne every 20 minutes or so in the daytime and evening. It is an easy 10 - 15 minute walk away, depending on your pace. The site is primarily residential so don't expect the usual traveller trappings. Nevertheless it was quiet and the facilities, while older, were spotlessly clean.

Really bad mostly people living there in huts and old caravans cost me 45.00 for a non power as they only do power feel very ripped off old and dirty
