Beautiful quiet peaceful place. Cute little blue wrens hopping around trying to get your breakfast crumbs. You do not get anywhere else for $20 a night with power. If you use showers just bring at least 2 or more 10 cent pieces per shower to learn how to get it right with temperature.

No the toilets/showers aren’t the cleanest, but I’ve definitely seen and experienced worse. 10c gets you hot water for around 2 mins though it takes a minute or two to kick in. Cold shower will work without any money. Honesty box at back of building with envelopes in toilets for payment - $20 powered (which I personally wouldn’t pay) & $10 for unpowered (what we paid for). For $10 it was fine, though I do think you could find better for $20 if you’re looking for power. The place is full of what look like empty caravans/vans but don’t see how or why that would be a problem. Also don’t go expecting a lake.... It’s gone!

I don’t know what all the bad comments are for. This is a very nice campground with toilets and clean water from tap.

The camping spot was completely deserted when we arrived which can be a good thing but it was quiet scary (empty camper wagons around). The toilets and showers were very dirty! The river also looked like you better don’t touch the water. In the evening a very friendly man drove up to our spot and just said we can’t make a fire. We didn’t have to pay the fee. I wouldn’t go again but if you just need a spot to sleep for the night it might be ok for you.
