We were lucky to find a free night at this campground despite high season. All Cape Range NP campgrounds need to be booked months in advance, however check Park Stay WA daily for last minute cancellations. Bungarra is a small, quiet campsite (5 sites, one bush loo) with bay views. Beach and snorkeling spots with many turtles are just a 15 min walk away. Campsite 1 and 2 have best views (coast facing). Would definitely come back!

Camping in the Cape Range NP is awesome. Certainly the Bungarra is not directly by the sea but with these 5 places and its clear view of the ocean it offers calm and magnificent sunsets. The sunrise is very good too.
