Amazing place. The owner is a very nice man. The place is very clean. Definitely worth the money!
Beautiful campsite. Very friendly owners :)
We arrived here after reading that they offer hot showers. Normally we stick to free camps but because of the shower we were happy to pay. We arrived and began setting up our tents. Someone from our group went to check the showers and discovered that they were not hot. The owner/manager came by to collect our payment but because the showers were cold and we only came to this specific camp for a hot shower, we asked if we could pay $10 per car instead of per person. They said no - fair enough, everyone pays the same price - so we decided to go to a different (free) campsite. Especially since this campground was not any better than what we could find for free. When we decided to leave and pack our things, the owners became really angry and started raising their voices at us. They claimed that we owed them money for “using their place.” We explained that we hadn’t used the showers or bathrooms, we simply began setting up camp and then decided to stay somewhere else when we discovered the showers were cold. At this point the owners became irate and started literally yelling at us, at one point they called us “brainless” because we didn’t call them beforehand to ask about the showers. They demanded payment for “using their roads” and took pictures of us and our number plates. They called us thieves, and threatened multiple times to call the police. While we were packing (quickly, obviously) they screamed at us that we were trespassing and to get off their property. It was the biggest overreaction I have ever witnessed and I highly suggest avoiding a place whose owners think that this is acceptable behavior. You won’t miss anything by staying at a free camp.
A wonderful place which is definitely worth to stop for. Big campground with good facilities and lovely owners. If you stay here definitely do the farm and feeding tour in the morning and get close to all these animal which are living at the farm and treated so well.
Stayed here two days ago and it's wonderful! Beni welcomed us the day we arrived and the next morning we took part in the farmtour. Definitely book this tour! These beautiful people have a beautiful story about their beautiful animals. We fully recommend this place. ?? Matt & Jolein
Amazing place to stay, quiet and beautiful. There is a few kilometers on dirt road to access but no problem with 2wd. The farm tour is really great too. If you love nature it's for you, beautiful place and beautiful people !
The feeding tour was absolutely incredible. Thank you Benny & Jock for this unforgettable experience.
Very nice place to stay. The farm tour is pretty nice, you get to feed the animals and learn a lot about them. Beny and Jock are really nice
Overnight stays are now $7.50pp and tours are $12.50pp due to additional attractions and amenities. This is the best value for money you will find around WA
Awesome and quiet place. The animal tour is a must do (10$ p.p.). Nice shed, cold but clean showers and pretty walking tracks for only 5$ per person per night. The owner Beni and Jock are one of the loveliest people i met here in Australia. Highly recommended place!
