Campsite that is not really a campsite. The city of Esperance takes advantage of the situation of overbooked private campsites to put newcomers here. 40AUD per night for just a shower and dirty toilets with constant noise. The gyms are always busy until after 10pm. Honestly: a steal. Way too expensive for what it is.
Was fine. A bit overpriced ($40 for one night, even with just a car and a tent), but the only option available as we didn’t book anything in advance.
Good idea from Esperance, considering the overcrowded campsites. It's just a shame that the kitchen didn't have electricity for the kettle. Shower and toilet great, lots of space
If everything around is full, then this campsite definitely still has something free! More expensive than the other campsites ($40/night) but because they don't want to take away their business! The place is only open in the summer months due to the many tourists.
40 Dollars in January 2024 for an unpowered site was a lot. Ok for a short stay, eventually long walks to restrooms. These are modern and quite tidy tough.
Unpowered sites for if the other camps are full. Opens up mid December and campsites start at 40 dollar/night for 2 people + 10 dollar for each additional person. Lots of room and clean hot showers and kitchens.
