1.Fortescue falls 800 m. Retour & 2.Fern pool 600 m. Retour 1. Il faut descendre environ 400 m. Dans le canyon pour arriver dans cette magnifique « piscine » naturelle avec une belle cascade Pas énormément d’eau, c’est la fin de la saison sèche. 2. En arrivant à Fortescu falls, tu peux aussi aller à fernpool magnifique endroit bien profond et aussi rafraîchissant Pascale & Pascal ??

These ones were perfect to cool down before we went to the campsite in the evening. It's a short walk down a few steps and you're at Fortescue Falls, a bit further and you get to Fern Pool. The people before us left right as we arrived, so we had it to ourselves. Met the ranger on the way back, was very friendly and gave us some advice for the next day.

Start the ride to Fortescue Falls to get off easily, swimming at Fern Pool is very nice! : D

Truly a wonderful refreshing oasis. Hopefully if visitors demonstrate a respect for this place, it will be accessible for generations to come. ??

Fern Pool is amazing, and not that hard to get to, but it's near circular pool, on the other side of the sealed road, in the national park.
