Simply book this campsite online. It only has space for seven cars, so it's super relaxed. All you hear is birds and you see lots of greenery. Each bay has its own tables and chairs. The road is partly paved and partly dirt. A 2WD is sufficient, but watch out for emus.
Nice camping spot in the middle of the bush. Not far from main road. Dry toilets with toilet rolls. Small campsite at this time of the year we were the only ones. Fire are allowed if you bring your own wood. No showers. Road accessible with 2wd easy as it’s a clean way. Wildlife crossing sometimes so just be mindful.
Booking in advance is required, although you might be able to book at the campsite if spaces are available. It costs $ 15 per person. There is only one drop toilet which people keep locking by slamming the door. No water available. It's very quiet and full of wildlife. There is a nice walk to a view point. The road to the campsite is unsealed.
Pretty nice campsite. Arrive early enough to have room because there are only 7 places the price is $11 per adult
Great campsite near Hamelin Bay. Toilets on site
Open again! Mosquitos or may flies were pretty bad as the sun went down. Otherwise pretty good basic campsite. Drop toilets, quiet, picnic tables, fire pits.
Closed until further notice due to fires, no signage at main road only when you reach the camp
Really nice little campground in the middle of the forest: very peaceful. Heaps of people during the long weekend!
Nice campsite in the middle of the forest. The sites are very spacious and quiet.
Nice little campground. Sites are a bit slanted, and only one seat drop toilet with a few mosquitos inside. Didn’t see any “camp kitchen” but there are metal fire pits with hot plates at each site. Cost is about $11 per person per night and there are no bookings. Basically come early and get the best site.
