Lovely campsite on the beautiful sandy cosy beach. Very chill. Nice lookout too. Really recommended but not many spots available. Spots are nicely secluded. Can pay at the entrance from ticket machine. Telstra signal good. Claudia & Claudia 🇦🇺🇮🇹

We had no more space. But someone from the campsite allowed us to stay overnight above for free.

We arrived and the campsite was full however we pulled into the ‘overflow’ area for day parking and a sign that said no camping. We were told that this was the overflow and was completely fine to stay here for free. It was great, not shaded however for a great location and a free camp it was excellent! There were about 6 other people who camped here also so don’t worry about getting fined!

The pitches are spacious and numbered, with first-come, first-served, but some people are clever and reserve their pitches by leaving a couple of chairs and a table. This shouldn't be allowed, as it's not how this type of campsite operates. I encourage anyone who comes and sees a pitch with just a couple of chairs to park there anyway; the campsite rules are what they are.

Loved this place! Great sites, close to the lovely beach. Quiet and peaceful. $15/night. Worth every penny. Easy to pay at self pay station. Had a dump. There was a toilet, did not go in so can’t comment.

Not free. $15 and it fills up really quickly, so get there early!

Was only here overnight but was easy to find, 2wd accessible and as simple to pay for as parking a car. Arrived about 8:30pm and was still plenty of space, nice and quiet and super close to the beach. Will be back

Why call it a free camp when it’s not $15 or $10 concession per night fees to be paid when you arrive via a credit card through an app that you must download and the area is checked each day for payment A camp host is on site to help out this is Avery busy camp with a very limited number of caravan bays and a separate area for tents and smaller set ups
