Allowed us to park our big rig in the carpark for the night before our sail time earlyish the next morning. Very accommodating & helpful staff as it's our first crossing with a 9m bus towing a car on a dollie. Fairly tight turn around area on deck 3. Would prefer a roll on roll off.

“Kia Ora, Glad you found our staff very helpful and friendly and had a good experience with Bluebridge Ferries. We look forward to welcoming you on-board next time.”

One main engine didn't work. Crossing time doubled. Comparing with tripadvisor reviews this is not that unusual.

“Hi, Sorry to hear you were one of the passengers caught up in the delay earlier this month. Please be aware this is a rare occasion and we're really sorry for any inconvenience caused by the longer journey time. We hope you enjoyed our facilities on board whilst you were sailing.”
