We stayed there for the night and I even think we would have liked to stay much longer! The hosts are so welcoming and lovely!!! and you can sit wherever you want. It's free, but in exchange, don't hesitate to go have a beer and a bite to eat because it's delicious!

Un piccolo, onesto piccolo ristorante nel mezzo del nulla. :) Abbiamo avuto una grande cena e poteva trascorrere la notte nella nostra furgonetta nei loro parcheggi.

Le persone molto gentili avevano solo bisogno di bere e potevano parcheggiare gratuitamente durante la notte, avevano la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e un bagno che era chiuso tutta la notte.

Basta farlo. persino guidare chilometri extra per esso. persone autentiche, originali e semplicemente incredibili. buon cibo e grandi birre.

Ottimo posto dove soggiornare se sei intorno. I proprietari sono fantastici. Il cibo, specialmente il hamburger, è in giro e le opzioni vegetariane sono disponibili anche. I bagni sono puliti e aperti tutta la notte. Il segnale è molto buono anche.

Persone veramente amichevoli che gestiscono questa taverna! Siamo arrivati piuttosto tardi ma ci hanno offerto di cucinare la cena anche se la loro cucina era tecnicamente chiusa. Così gentile! Un sacco di spazio, hamburger incredibili, e un bagno pubblico molto ben mantenuto lungo la strada che abbiamo usato per la spazzolatura dei denti, ecc. Nessuna doccia nelle vicinanze ma eravamo lì meno di 12 ore quindi non importava.

10/10 recommend!! It is free, you just have to have food or drink! The owners are lovely and they have baby goats and pigs that are very friendly!!

This is a must for anyone travelling through Waiau. I implore you to support these lovely people who have been through some incredibly hard times recently. We stayed and had a great meal, lovely chats, and even met some little baby goats. Very clean flush toilets, and no sandflies!! Considering the absolute wringer the bar owners have been through (and continue to go through), they are cheerful, generous people who deserve support from campers on the road. Well worth a stop for the night!
