Il campo è di base e pieno di mosche Le toilette non sono davvero pulite ma fa il lavoro.

Bellissimo drive in (sigillato in tutto e bene finché non hai un tipo RV massiccio o tirando un campervan), e consiglierei di esplorare ulteriormente lungo la costa anche a Penzance. Sfortunatamente i bagni a goccia sembravano entrambi ospitare nidi di cera - dovevi essere abbastanza coraggioso di usarli, poiché volavano attraverso i bagni stessi così come centinaia sopra la testa. Speriamo che il DOC stia pianificando di agire su questo. Altrimenti il campo era in ordine - nessuna vista sul mare ma sei in cespuglio con un sacco di fauna aviaria (e mosche!) intorno. Attenzione al cera-ageddone nei buchi ma altrimenti fine

Un luogo bellissimo circondato dalla natura.

Possums... Non hanno paura delle persone. Fare un sacco di rumore di notte. Abbiamo visto 3 circa 5 piedi. dalla nostra tenda. Altrimenti, grande!

Bellissimo cespuglio per il fiume, breve guida verso il mare alla baia di Duncan e a piedi verso la baia di Nydia, breve guida verso la baia di Penzance a piedi verso la baia di Elaine.

Siamo impressionati da questo campeggio. Certo, ci sono mosche, ma è da aspettarsi. Il bagno è pulito, e i terreni sono ben mantenuti. Siamo gli unici qui alle 5.15pm il 17.3.18.

A quite place but unfortunately infested with wasps and sandflies. Not a lot of flat ground to park your van. Toilet crawling with flies. Not worth the long, demanding drive up there.

Absolutely beautiful quiet campsite but somewhat terrifying road to get to it! Campsite has quite a few very level spots with privacy for campervans and some nice tucked away spots for tents. All grassed and surrounded by bush with a little stream right beside and tonnes of birdlife. Plenty of sandflies as usual so bring your repellant. Clean drop toilet and water available (though boiling/filtering required before drinking). No phone reception. No one here when we arrived at 5pm and only a few other arrivals after that. Bring correct cash to pay and display as per all DOC (they did come around to check). The road in is all sealed but after the pleasant farmland stretch it becomes very windy with really tight blind corners that are often too narrow for two vehicles at a time. Once you are on it there is no stopping or turning around. Definitely the scariest drive so far in our Sprinter campervan (makes all the Fiordland roads feel like straight highways!)
