Nice spot with lots of nooks to camp in, bit overpriced for what you get, (3 drop toilets with no lids) but there are bbqs which were well maintained and seemed new! $20pp or $23pp for powered (only 3 powered sites). Two showers, one only cold and one hot. Both were free, hot shower just needed coin to activate, but it pops out the bottom so you can get it back. So many mozzies, but to be expected as you’re near water. 2 bars of 5G connection on 2degrees. Didn’t book ahead and it was fine.

Per le strutture stanche è sovrastimato ($ 18.50 a persona ma un altro $ 2 per una doccia), si sta pagando per siti segnati e lunghi bagni che hanno serrature dodgy. È buoni cani sono consentiti e era abbastanza tranquillo in una notte di venerdì. Waterhole non segnato così difficile da sapere quanto lontano per scendere il fiume. Abbiamo soggiornato come era vicino a Whangamata e potremmo avere una combinazione di auto-contenuto e campeggio e non sarebbe altrimenti. Questo dice prenotazioni richieste in picco ma non necessario.

Perfetto per una notte. Ti senti davvero come se fossi in natura. C'erano docce, doveva pagare per l'acqua calda, libera per il freddo. Nessuna acqua potabile e solo buttare i bagni. Amazing passeggiate intorno al campo anche :)

Un posto davvero bello, vicino alla cascata. D'altra parte, $15pp e docce "calde" a pagamento. Da 5 minuti di doccia, nemmeno 1 minuto di acqua calda. Molto deluso con l'attrezzatura in generale che è molto precaria: docce, bagni da costruzione, una vasca da bagno che si rompe... In breve, devi andare lì per la natura piuttosto che il campeggio

Un bellissimo campeggio con un grande ambiente naturale, un sacco di opzioni di parcheggio che puoi trovare il tuo sito preferito, il custode è piuttosto fresco ed entusiasta, mi ha detto che ero il primo ospite taiwanese e voleva darmi uno sconto, e ho letteralmente ottenuto!

Cute spot next to a lovely waterfall walk and swimming holes. Lots of space in different fields and awesome glow worms at night! Quite a few bugs so take repellent if you’re likely to be nibbled on.

Loved this place! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Very peaceful. Beautiful walk through the bush to see mining tunnels (cant go in anymore due to health and safety rules but still interesting to look at from outside). 10min walk to a swimming hole. My only complaint is the showers - $2 for 5mins hot water. It went from boiling hot to freezing cold again and again for a few mins before staying cold. Better off just having a cold shower!

Nice and quiet place with lot of space. It is right next The waterfall track. Hot shower for 2$ (must have a coin) and payment is only cash. Be prepared for lot of bugs in dry WC.
