Great place to stay overnight. We had no problem with loud people or anything on a Monday evening. At most two vehicles directly at the harbor basin.

A bunch of dudes came early in the night and started drifting inches from our car we had no other choice but to leave bc WE didn't want those junkies to crash into our car.

Wow, what an amazing spot! One of my favorites for free camping. The setting is absolutely fantastic right by the water, and there are even toilets (not great, but they're there!). Excellent cell phone reception, seriously, go for it! Just be aware that only two vehicles can park by the water; a little further on, there's a grassy area that can accommodate three.

There is good phone signal, even down at the beachfront spots! maybe they’ve updated the system recently, as other reviews suggested there was no signal, but as of Feb 11 2026 there definitely is.

Spent one night by the sea in a car, no problem, a bit busy in the morning (someone was playing music loudly). The toilets were nice, flushable, toilet paper, with a light. Actually the light was shining the whole night so it's good to have curtains. No phone signal.

Tillbringade en natt i en husvagn på baksidan parkeringsplats, begränsad till 3 fordon. Väl skyddad från folkmassorna genom att vara belägen längs kullen, till skillnad från de 2 strandpromenaderna. En trevlig liten park för barn och anständiga toaletter (papper). En polisbil cirkulerade tidigt på kvällen. Lite trafik på kvällen och på morgonen från människor som går till stranden. Mycket vacker plats (strand, dunor, wreck, vindkraftverk på avstånd, flod). Tyst natt. Ingen känsla av osäkerhet

The view is nice but there is little privacy. The signal is weak, the toilets are OK. There is an outdoor beach shower, but washing up is difficult as the pool is tiny. There are a few picnic tables. Only two campers are allowed to stay overnight directly by the lake, but there are a few more sites further back. It is quite windy and strange people kept passing by. To be honest, I didn't feel entirely safe.

Beautiful place with a nice view and a beautiful sunset. The toilets are clean and there is a tap to refill water. The ranger is super nice, he comes to ask if everything is ok for us and to chat a little.

Ren toalett och fin utsikt. En kille från distriktsrådet (jag tror) dök upp tidigt på kvällen bara för att kontrollera om allt är okej och hade en snabb chatt med mig, men det störde mig inte. Det finns ingen signal på campingplatserna själva men du måste bara gå upp på kullen för att titta ut. Vid ca 23 några människor dök upp och skrek på varandra, men lite längre bort från dem så jag vet inte om något annat hände, men jag var inte mer störd.

Stannade här för en natt i husvagnen. Mycket vindigt även tillbaka från havet. Toaletterna var praktiska och ganska rena. Härlig vik med en skeppsbrist om vädret är bra. Det fanns massor av bilar som kom in och ut hela eftermiddagen / kvällen men jag kände mig fortfarande ganska säker även om jag var ensam, ingen närmade sig mig och det var inga problem.
