This park is an older park. It is clean and well maintained. The amenities are very good but they are dated. It’s a dog friendly place with special sites for people with dogs. I stayed 5 days in a cabin. The park is close to Sutton and there is a general store and pub that serves great meals. The park is only 20 minutes from the centre of Canberra. Would I stay here again, yes. P&M
Amenities old and very average. Park overly dog friendly. Not so good if you’re not into dogs.
Awesome
Very nice well-kept place - getting a bit old but well maintained and clean! Late check-in via sms with safe code was a great solution.
In winter its really quiet here, only 3 spots were taken. Some facilities are closed in winter. Dont expect too much from the camp kitchen. Some facilities were pretty new, other were in need of an upgrade. I think the campsite for wintertime is overpriced, but we needed to so laundry so it was ok.
Really pleasant and well maintained. It was very quiet and great value. Had a great time playing mini golf with the family.
Good park to stay in to stop over and see the sights of Canberra. Staff were friendly and the place was clean facilities good.
Rang late, reception very helpful. Good drive through sites. Good location. Thankyou,
Terrible camp for non power van or Tent a long way from bathrooms god only knows where the kitchen is and only a wi fi hot spot if you want to sit there and top dollar 35.00 for one person on a non powered site I want 3 nites in Canberra but definitely not here
Terrible camp site, capacity for 200+, ammenities for 50; people in tents will be put on soft clay (destroys tent pegs), and area is rough and rocky. Campers will be far from facilities. Campsite covered in trash. Nice lake though and cute bunnies at night.
