Currently Wombeyan caves area is closed. Travelled from Sydney but no signage or information until you get to the caves.

Great spacious unpowered camp sites. Kangaroos and Joey's galore. Camp fires permitted in fireplaces. Lovely and quiet during the week. Rather busy on weekends.

Brilliant camp ground. Come past Goulburn if you want a much easier drive. No booking required for unpowered sites. Really friendly staff/rangers. Simple and moderately clean facilities. My fav camp spot. The Limestone Gorge is stunning don’t miss it

If you are confident driving you can get any vehicle here. But it was a bit slow going in our motor home. But well worth the few kms of gravel. Absolutely stunning caves, wildlife and the rangers were lovely. Clean and tidy and had all facilities except a dump point. So quiet and peaceful, well worth the trip

Camped here several times. Great place for families. Plenty of room and has on site rangers and a small shop / kiosk. Facilities are fine and camp kitchen would be good for large groups. Bring firewood.
