Stayed 7th August 2025. ZN-459 Large grassed area, power & water available, clean hot showers & toilets. Lots of heritage places to see in Armidale another great campground at the Dam near Armidale. Short drive to view waterfalls on the Water Falls Way. Highly recommend

Great campgrounds, plenty of space for both powered and unpowered, good facilities and within walking distance to town. Caretaker was very friendly and helpful 🤠 would stay again

Great location, standard showground facilities, lovely caretakers. Big draw card for me, not far to cycle way all the way to Sport UNE, then fabulous MTB tracks. Cycle way goes all down the river.

Worst shower I've have ever paid for. Would not recommend, will never return. Caravan park just down the road will get my business next time!

Enjoyed our stay here, Paul the caretaker was really nice and had a cute dog as well! Great price, paid for a powered site, didn’t depend on number of people which was good! Ammenities were fairly clean, showers got hot very quickly , but wasn’t too bad. Very good vibes from the Showgrounds, would def recommend!! One thing was that there was a bit of a smell, probably cause they had a dump point but wasn’t a big issue

Lovely couple at the front desk with their cool dog. Hot showers were great and the bathrooms were clean

Nice place to stop, showers and toilets were very clean. The manager was very friendly. Reccomend.
