$6booking free, book online. A great well maintained campsite, with drop loo and free firewood. In ground fire pits and picnic tables in each campsite except site 5 which only has the fire pit. Short walk to the breathtaking lookouts and McDirtys track hike 7km. Lots of birds.
Still free camping, need to book a site -$6/night with NSW National Parks. We went mid week and didn't book, only one other caravan there. Stunning camp, electric BBQs in day camp area
Nice spot with a toilet and tap. Quite a few bush walk options. Free firewood.
Fantastic quiet spot, beautiful views and walks, well worth the 12 min drive on gravel to get there. Lots of flat places to camp with tables, fireplaces have hotplates and free wood. Clean, well stocked drop toilet. Covered picnic area with gas BBQ and amazing stars at night.
"This campsite is no longer free. It currently costs per car. Best to book before you arrive as there is no internet in this area. It's really worth it though! Firewood is provided and there is a fireplace to cook over . Spend the next day or the same day in the national park, which is definitely worth it! LG Luca&Kim"
Highly recommend. Was there after lots of rains. Stay 2 nights to get the most of walks and relaxation. Good fire pits with bbqs. Toilet fine. Kangaroos at dusk, stars sensational, sleep to sound of waterfall. No swimming. Take drinking water, ice and warm clothes for night. Wood and washing water supplied. A perfect escape. You must book with NSWPARKS during covid, but just reasonable admin fee no matter how long you stay. Road in dirt, but well graded for any car. 15 min drive if you need supplies.
Loved this quiet natural spot with clean eco toilets and good fire pits with cooking facilities and gas cookers in the camp kitchens overlooking the falls. Lovely star gazing at night too. Byo drinking water.
Great location 200m from a view of the waterfall. Possibility of making a fire, free wood available. Non-potable water but present at each location. Some flies in this name ...
Very quiet, free firewood, barbecue, water not drinkable, toilet. A stone's throw from the waterfall
Very nice campground. Nature around you. It's a pity there was no water in the waterfall when we stayed there in Dec. 2018. Would come back.
