Beautiful campsite in great location.
All in all very nice, clear facility. Modern and chic sanitary facilities. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of kangaroos around. Would stay here again.
Well let me start with we got the only dirt site during the wet season, not your fault it rained but could close the dirt sites when it rains, park is ok.
I would like to add that the amount of mosquitos by the river was crazy (left side of unpowered field) Had to move our van across to the open field bc we couldn’t stand it. Nothing helped (spray etc). So keep this in mind when choosing a spot (there is a dried up ‘river’ with water that doesn’t move)
For families very ok If you are at the river you have to walk about 250 meters to the toilet and take a shower .. For the price of 41 dollars without power for me too much .. With power 51 dollar Wlan as indicated you have not. Unfair kitchen is okei and so far clean Shower and toilet are also clean For the boats which are supposed to be free you pay 6 dollars for 2 hours For the kids a huge water paradis and trampoline For the price as a traveler for a night there are worth it Not
Really top notch facilities, we just stayed overnight for a quick one night visit but were impressed.
“Thanks for the great review, we're glad you got to enjoy the facilities even if it was just for the one night.”
One of the most beautiful camping sites on our trip. Quiet, clean, really nice amenities and good coffee. Meadows and bushland with many birds and kangaroos surround the site. At dawn thousands of flying foxes cross the camping site - really impressive. You can hire kayaks for free and take a trip on the Clarence River. Also nice for fishing. We just paid 29$ for the whole family, as there was an offer on 'camper mate'. Would really recommend this beautiful place!
Slightly Pricey even for an unpowered site, and there were mosquitos. However, this campground was brilliant, had clean bathrooms, and had many pools, waterparks, jumping pillow, the list is endless! Would stay here again in a heartbeat ??????
Worst campground after 2 month. Maybe ok when dry, but on rainy days all path, ways and co. Are flooded. Worst of all, they send us first on the unpowerd side (29 insted of 42 with discount powerd). There we got stuck and needed help to get out ( they provided help, yet I would rather have foregone that experience)
Super expensive but heaven for kids. Very friendly staff who allowed us to leave the site at 4 p.m.
