Probably the best campground for proximity to the beach and amazing bush walks with ocean views. Dump Point available but no water. Do not come in from the south the road is horrendous. Come in via the North via Lauriton. Road still has lots of potholes but way better than the South entry.

Most scenic campsite I’ve ever been. Price is incredibly cheap. If you come, please consider that this is a National Park Campsite with only limited amenities (e.g. cold showers). Nonetheless, it’s got everything you need for a beautiful stay. Lots of kangaroos and iguanas to be seen as well. IMPORTANT: If you choose to come, take the road from the north. We took the one from the south with super deep potholes for 20km straight. Not very pleasant for a 7m campervan

Travelling down from bribie island this was a 3 night stop over value for money great amenities NSW parks are great

no kitchen and only cold showers. beach and surroundings are beautiful but if you are visiting come in from the north side not the south!!! the south entrance is 20km of unpaved road with potholes every 2cm.

Lovely spot - secluded area although the campsite was very busy the first night - I extended my stay for a second night and the sight was quieter and even more pleasant. Nice walks - amazing beaches - great swimming, Roos all about. Rather large monitor lizard was a surprise at breakfast. Helpful site manager. My only recommendation is approaching the site from the north as the 7km unsealed road on the south approach was rather tricky and I had to drive at 15mph for quite a lot of it in a 2WD.

The location is AMAZING, just to the beach. For 24$ (on of the cheapest in the East cost) it is great. The amnesties are then not so good (cold shower, no tap water) but value for money is great

Very good, but cold shower unfortunately! But the presence of kangaroos and the sea make the place super pleasant! The toilets are clean and very spacious.
