The place to stay in Lightning Ridge. Short stroll to town. Decent pub meals. Amenities clean but dated.

Toilets and showers clearly not cleaned for ages- spiders and spider eggs everywhere. Shower light on timer so you're left in the dark. Dirty. The water out the taps (supposed to be drinking water) smelt old and rotten. Wi-Fi very slow. Only good thing was the kangaroos at the site on an evening.

This park is not tent friendly, no camp kitchen, no fridge and a long walk to the amenities
