Nice grassy sites by the riverbank - first grass we’ve seen in a month so we’re very excited. Amenities are first rate but I haven’t seen the kitchen yet. Easy online check in. Plenty of space for the dog 🙌
Lovely camping with everything you need (clean showers and toilets, Landry with clothes lines, fire pit, shared kitchen). No phone signal but WiFi
Lovely park. New toilets and hot showers. Can book on line or go to council chambers and pay in person.. $30 for powered sites.👌
Good size camp sites. We stayed one night it was nice and quiet. Amenities need an up lift but we’re ok. I would stay here again.
Great place, walk across the bridge into town. Good size camp sites and river access. Amenities are old but clean.
Nice stop over ! Staff super friendly !! Amenities are old but are kept clean. Town had a few loud house parties on a Tuesday night but they passed out by 11pm. Good spot overall
I think some other reviewers have confused this campground with the one just out of town. This is a lower cost campground (unpowered/powered). It is in town, on the banks of the river and has grassy sites and plenty of shade from large gum trees. It is a basic camp, with old but clean amenities, free use of washing machines and plenty of space for dogs to enjoy a break as well. 5 star amenities they are NOT. But we would stay again for the peace and quiet, the lovely casual atmosphere and space to relax after a long day’s driving.
The Best place. Enjoy around fire with another persons. $ 30 unpowered $ 35 powered.
Great, everything is fine. Kangaroos come to the car Bathroom great. Right on the lake and river.
5 star bathrooms! We’ve driven 25,000kms around Aus and these have been the best! Super friendly staff & kangaroos. Right on the Darling River, beautiful spot :)
