We loved this park! Stayed in one of the Safari Tents and they're awesome! The lake is beautiful and the beach is stunning. The staff are lovely and you can hire canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards.
“Thank you for your lovely comments, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay.”
Best camping in Australia ? wallabi, loris and ducks everywhere. In addition, toilets, showers clean. A must when doing a roedtrip in Australia.
“Thanks! We are so glad you had a great stay. Our wildlife are amazing.”
Super Campground ... everywhere kangaroos and parrots. We even saw the Greynurse Shark in the lake. The pitches are very generous and there are several seats including BBQ in the dry. Nice, clean showers and toilets (with numerical code). ATM available. The beach is a dream, great big sand dunes, high waves. (no unpowered available)
We loved this place! The lake & beach right next to us was awesome. Many Kangaroos & ducks are your best friends, don’t need to feed them they just come right up to you. I liked the clever idea of the wide drain for my kayak, made it very easy to get in & out of the lake. The beach, the boardwalk , the amenities, the staff & the May special for 3 nights a winner. We’ll be back!
Nice and quiet park, next to the beautiful beach and lake. Lots of kangaroos, ducks and parrots everywhere. AUD 42/ night per two in a campervan.
Great place for camping, fishing, swimming and canoeing. Friendly and helpful owners, had a spot 50 meters from water, powered sites had matting for annex and kangaroos everywhere. Can get windy at times but you get the sea breeze which the other caravan place does not. Can be a little rowdy during Christmas and peak times as very popular so need to book early to get best spots
Wow, best park of the trip so far. Fishing at your doorstep, clean and fresh amenities, lots of wildlife. Only $39 for a powered site during the school holidays. Lots of activities for the kids so we could avoid those areas and enjoy the serenity. Just don't step in the kangaroo poo.
This is a really nice and quiet spot. The area of our camp ground was 9m x 9m, well stuffed kitchen and BBQ, the showers are good and clean. The best are the kangaroos hanging around the hole day. There is a very easy access to the lake and a about 10 minutes walk to the fantastic beach. An extra commendation to the people working at the camp, very good. We will come back!
