Nice campsite, good loop walk from here. I had full phone signal (Optus) Road in was a small bit rocky, but we had no issue in AWD
The campground is basic. Clean toilet. No phone signal. Relatively shady. Recommend doing the loop walk for sunrise at the lookout. It took us 2hr10.
Jarnem campgrounds are well maintained drop toilets and water tank for boiling water if required. Jarnem walking loop worth doing we started early around 6am after setting up camp night prior. Did the loop anticlockwise which worked well as early morning sunrise on rockface stunning took about 2.5hrs to complete. We stayed additional night but really could have move onto our next site. Road condition (32kms ) pretty average lots of corrugations max speed at best 60kms most at half that.
Great National Park. Lots of birds.Shady campsites. Walks to do. Need to book. Tank water available. Road in was corrugated ++
Great walk, good sites, road good. 2 nights worth spending.
A lovely quiet little place, well looked after and clean. Composting toilets, fire pits, picnic tables and lots of Birdlife. Highly recommended.
The campground, as well as the whole park, is well taken care of. There are dry toilets, even cut firewood provided, the atmosphere is relaxed, it’s cheap. However, this park has disappointed us a little. It’s nice, but nothing spectacular. If you’re short on time, you don’t have to go there. The Jarnem walk itself is ok, but I’ve seen better to be honest ?cheers
Camped there for Bushwalking in the morning. Campground 3,30$ per Adult, 7,70$ for a family. Toilet is good, there is also non potable water available. The only thing what is negative was that I was attacked by plenty of itchi flies.
