A beautiful place on the water, Tracy and Craig are lovely! Tracy tried many times during the day to return our call to book (we had bad reception) and was only too helpful when we arrived 😊 We stayed on an unpowered site on the water, the amenities were so clean and tidy, the grounds were well maintained, park ressies friendly, great bbq areas and playground for the kids! Enjoyed walking the flats at low tide and fishing at high tide 🐠 Christmas decorations looked wonderful 🎄 We will return!

Beautiful spot on the river. The ammenities are some of the best I’ve seen in 40+ years of camping. Cheaper and quieter than the areas north and south. If you just want to sit back, relax and maybe have a fish, this is the place. It will be under new owners from Aug 25, hopefully they don’t over commercialise it and put the price up

We love it here, but the price has gone up significantly. Beautiful views, and a playground for the kids right near amenities block. Stock up on essentials before coming out, as it is out of town.

Great peaceful place we got a powered spot looking out on the water plenty room unpowered spots looked a bit crammed in! We got to pick our spot when we arrived which was great!Amenities kept clean

Right on the banks of the Kolan River so lovely setting. Powered sites are quite crammed with caravans, boats, crab pots etc and are exposed to the SE. Unpowered sites however are reasonably sheltered and are much roomier. Two amenities blocks and two laundries, both really well maintained and clean. Showers had good pressure, clean roses, a seat, disability rails and many hooks to hang clothes on. Nice for a change!!Quite a number of permanent beach shacks on site but only about 4 had anyone in them. A beautiful spot to get away from it all. Onsite store had basics otherwise Bundaberg is only 15 mins away. We’ll be back!!

Amazing Place. Very lovely manager, arrived way after 4:00 pm and after a quick phone call we could still check in. Clean and nice smelling amenities. Quiet spot to relax.

Nice place, quiet and relaxing. Nothing around just the caravan park. A lot of mosquitoes butterflies and flies. Ameneties old and clean.

Nice relaxing spot. River has a quite muddy floor and tide goes out a long way so you can walk on the river bed. Interesting experience. Not great for swimming though it's ok. Two laundries, clothes line, playground. Good spot.
