I have lived here for nearly ten years and have found that the managers, who took over about a year ago, have developed the park into a well cared for and friendly place to live. The staff are kind, caring and helpful. The caravan section has been upgraded and streamlined to fit in with council regulations. Despite a cyclone and a severe storm in the last two years, restoration and improvement of the park has continued. Joyce McLellan
If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway I wouldn’t suggest here extremely rude wannabe managers hopefully not for long there’s a caravan park at carrara that is really sketchy but still would be better than here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS or bring plenty of panadol for the headaches you get from any interaction with the office and new bully of a manager.
Very rude and pathetic receptionist. She has no manners at all.
Camp site for older retired travellers. They actively reject most bookings.
Management on the phone VERY rude, just enquiring about pricing of powered camp site. To then say she’s wasting her time talking to me and hung up the phone. Not professional in the slightest. I will not waste my time or money staying here then 👍🏼

Nice place to stay. Lot's of kangaroos sitting and jumping around the campground. Old but clean facilities (But the mosquitos will wait for you getting naked for the shower ;) ). There is a pool and a Campkitchen (we didn't use). Reservation only by phone
