Great space to park up for the night. Lots of birds etc There is some road noise as close to highway. There’s no hot showers here but toilet, dump point & rubbish bins still in place. We arrived after the visitor centre had closed, there are envelopes available at the entrance to camp to register & pay. Currently $10 pn per site

Good spot near town. Blackall pool and thermal spa a great facility. Information centre very good as well.

Great stay for 3days. Ram park museum is a must with Stewart Benson.. The drover with all the stories and gives the time on practical demonstrations✔️✔️✔️ Lots of laughs ?

Safe,clean,spacious, cheap. Close to IGA. BP opens early 600m down towards Augathella. Girls were lovely in there. If has to have one negative it would be road noise but seriously great site.

Great stop. Was not as busy as we thought it might have been. A few grass sites, mostly dirt, but what would you expect during a drought. Very clean public toilets and showers, a short walk away. Peaceful but still close to town. Local cafes and pubs. GB

Brilliant stay This stop has everything.A flushing clean toilet. The hot free showers are one block away and perfectly clean. The site is dry and dusty but there is a drought. We got a shady site near the toilet and tap -and we arrived late. The town is friensly, clean and have great landscape. New bottle trees and fig trees planted in the town by the council. Great job Blackall.

Great spacious camp ground run by the Blackall Council. Plenty of shady trees, taps and they even water the grass to try to keep it green in the drought. One toilet spotlessly clean with hand wash. No onsite showers, they are just a block away. Register at info Centre or use the self registration at the site - please be honest & pay the right fee $8 p/ night. Blackall is a progressive town catering to the caravanners.

What a fantastic facility well done to the local shire, honesty box there too and toilet next to the dump point is kept spotlessly clean even washing liquid soap too
