Stayed three, were charged for four. We sent two emails, made two phone calls, and three days later finally received a response. They wrote exit as the 14th October when we only requested two nights (extended by one in the end due to being flooded in). Overcharged, yet refuse to refund us our fourth night. We checked in on the 10th, couldn’t even make payment until the 12th as there is rarely ever any staff in attendance. Noticed we were overcharged and raised it immediately. Plenty of backpackers coming through and using facilities and moving on; it's not policed by reception as reception are never open. We could have done the right thing & not even paid; yet you’re an honest person & they take advantage.

Large caravan park.Disappointed with cleanliness of amenities. Easy walk to Birdsville pub and town generally.

Extra clean campsite, super well-equipped kitchen (BBQ, kettle, microwave, fridge and stove), outdoor BBQ and laundry. Very clean shower and toilet. Lovely welcome. Nice step, I recommend

Great place to park the van or tent for a few days before exploring the area for few days, lovely clean amenities and a fantastic aircond camp kitchen. Has unpowered sites and cabins and all just a short walk to the famous birdsville hotel...
