Creepy and very unkempt, not recommended.
It's great that you can still find affordable campsites. Especially since the staff is very friendly and offers many amenities you'd expect at more expensive sites! It's nice and quiet, suitable for tents (with grass) and caravans, etc. There's a living room, a kitchen with cookware and countless utensils, and seating both indoors and outdoors. The wet areas are good and there's hot water. However, there's a lack of storage space for clothes, toothbrushes, etc. Everything could be cleaner.
Great, natural, peaceful setting. Amp kitchen and toilets are in need of of an upgrade. On the whole, a lovely spot.
Wouldn’t recommend, no privacy at all. They try to fit way too many vans on the small field. Only good for maybe 1 night as it’s 30 mins from Adelaide, facilities are very run down, if there’s no space on the grass they’ll have you paying $23 for unpowered and put you on gravel. Nearly turned round and left before I payed but I had been driving 8 hours and was ready to sleep. I wouldn’t bother coming.
It is actually like a hostel. It has a kitchen, everything you need is there. It has a washing mashine and a dryer. Clean hot showers and toilets. A lot of picknicktables, too. Fee per car one night for unpowered site. You can still charge your phone in the kitchen.
Good place. 27 per 2, one night . You have all the necessary
Beautiful location. Good shower and toilet facilities. A little busy but location makes it worth it. Very attentive owners
Great campsite for us! Stayed there 4 nights, can get busy but not surprising, it’s so close to the city! But so quiet! HUGE area to walk around, sunset get beautiful up there! There is a small town named Stirling about 10min from there. It is kind of a hostel at the same time, they have rooms and public kitchen with everything you can use, bathroom are top quality with good pressure, cleaned and I guess renovated not long ago. Owners are great and do their best to have a good reputation. Long stay available. This place could be better cause it has a lot of potential but is great as is at the moment! Definitely recommended. Great campsite does get busy, there’s a whole kitchen with everything you need washing machine and dryer and hot showers, owners are really nice and helpful
So we have been at this Campground now for over two weeks - we just couldn't leave cause it's so lovely and relaxing - and are more than happy. The owner Rachel is so lovely, very passionate about her job and making the best time for you. We arrived there when it was rainy and she just brought us a heater for the kitchen and was always looking after us. The campkitchen has everything you need with a dinning room next to it. The toilets are good too and very clean! There is also a nice area for table tennis or a big TV room with Netflix, haha - but you should just enjoy the stunning nature. So what is really special about this Campground is the area, if you love nature and koalas - I mean who doesn't - you HAVE TO go there:) please take your time to do some walks around the nice property. Highly recommended.
