If you are up for a beautiful and challenging hike, this one is for you. We saw beautiful birds and spotted several kangaroos. Wear good shoes and maybe take a flynet with you. It is summer and there are “a lot” of flies.

Super! 2.6km 2-3 hours there and back according to the information board. The beginning consists of a steadily rising gravel path which then turns into a narrow path. But after 1 km it gets tough! Pretty rocky, stony very steep mountain. Sometimes you have to climb a bit - so we would recommend it to experienced hikers. On the way, trees provide some shade where you can take breaks. Although it's not far after km, you shouldn't underestimate the effort! The view from the top is great! Panoramic view over the Flinders Range ??
