There was no one there but apparently if you want a hot shower you have to pay directly to the owner one night otherwise you can have a cold shower by inserting coins but at that price you might as well go to the campsite 2 minutes away you ask for two showers at $5 per head at the office plus the place and the toilets are really dirty

The « kitchen » sink is broken, shower machine doesn’t say how much time you get for a coin, toilets are disgusting and no one is cleaning them (even when it says they do at certain hours), TP is not refilled. All of that for 47$. At least there’s space because no one is here, and I understand why

47 $ for 2 pax / 1 tent?! Shower extra, kitchen not usable (sink destroyed, no water, spider webs everywhere). Bathroom quite clean at least

Stayed here, had read negative comments online, found it OK, it had toilets (and paid showers - $1 for 3 minutes) and it was completely full! Payed $37 for HALF site (we only had a swag). It did the job perfectly at peak season, and right in the middle of the town.

We wanted to go and pay to take a shower but the owner didn’t wanted to let us, if you want a hot shower you need to pay the full emplacement for 37$ Just go to Bicheno East Coast Holiday park you can have hot shower for 5$ just go before 6pm 🤙🏻
