The caretakers not welcoming abusive the threaten people and the owners not welcoming they don't care if you get abused or threatened nothing here toilets dirty camp kitchen dirty and witnessed caretakers be violent towards tenants and over nighters I don't recommend you caravan park to anyone not worth the money so anybody thinking bout staying here don't not worth it recommend you go elsewhere

Called in and drove in to look at park as we have a 6 month contract in Colac coming up. I thought this would be the most convenient place for my employees to stay with 5 caravans. I was verbally abused by a man from the office, I didn’t even get a chance to explain why or what I was there for due the the barrage of abuse of why I was driving into the caravan park. Thank you for making up my mind and choosing somewhere else for my staff, and I don’t appreciate being called a “bloody dickhead”………

Had a nice stay powered site for a motor home laundry facilities. Bbq area. Recycle bins. Dump station. Hot showers. Very clean managers where very friendly would stay there again

Easy for dump station. 2 Dollars are totally okay. If you want fresh drinking water you must pay 5Dollar.

Great spot to stay for the night, we payed $15 for three ppl, unpowered (2ppl in car, 1 in tent). The showers are unlimited and awesome!! Shower/toilet area is really clean, camping is tidy. Staff is friendly.

Cheap camping, clean hot showers and recycling bins, what more can you ask for! We got in after 10pm and the owner let us in, office closes at 7pm otherwise, very nice staff :)

If you really need a place to stay - fine. Kind of "Salt of the earth" - place and people. 25,- was appropriate

We stayed one night just to take a shower. The manager is a bit special. Maos in either $ 15 it does. Showers and toilets are clean.

A bit strange here, at a fairgrounds-type location, with a decent amount of road noise and even some train noise.. Guy at the office was not very friendly. But for only $15 unpowered (and that includes for all 4 of us) we had unlimited hot showers in a clean bathroom - so worked for us. There's an outdoor cooking shelter with electric burners and a microwave. There's a barbeque there too but you have to pay $1 for that.
