Need to book beforehand as there isn't signal and the sites fill up, the sites are a bit muddy in winter
Nice campground surrounded by nature. Only downside is that the drop toilet really smelled but you don’t notice that at the tent, just wen you are doing your deed. It’s a pretty small campground so when there are nice people (like in our case) it can get nice and cozy/fun :).
Definitely need to book prior to coming as there isn’t the best reception (at least with Vodafone). Small but convenient campsite being so close to Lorne. It got pretty full by sundown and you can hear most of others conversations like this as you’re quite close to one another. Not much firewood around and didn’t see a Koala ?? lots of other animals around and stunning surroundings, perfect for stargazing. For the fee offered for a campsite so close to the Great Ocean Roan you can’t complain.
Remember to book and to take your own fire wood. It wasn't very far to drive into Lorne, overall good camp ground will stay there again.
Nice and quiet campsite surrounded by trees/scrub. Need to book online and there are tent only sites or caravan/bus sites. The tent only sites are very easy to access from your car and maybe 3-5m away.
Booking needed!
