Beautiful spot with little kangaroos. Very friendly welcome without a reservation. $20 for an unpowered site. The restrooms were clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the kitchen was poorly equipped; there was no stovetop, only a microwave, and no sink.
Lovely site in beautiful location if you camp or have a caravan. From here it goes rapidly down hill. Booked into chalet. No heating, front door has big gaps. No smoke detector, exhaust fans with no cover. No external lighting. Frankly these do not meet Health and Safety regulations. Fire extinguisher with no tag to indicate it had been checked. Potentially unsafe to stay in the chalets. Tripped down stairs at night as no lighting. Holes in curtains, tiles on floor badly chipped.
I was met by a lovely lady at the gate on arrival she showed me to the available camp sites, chose one close to the toilet block under a shady tree. The showers were clean and well appointed the water was hot enjoyed at hot shower after a long drive.. The park was clean and tidy with bins close by each site and the sites were large to accommodate your van and car. We saw kangaroos, emu’s and lots of birds from our set up which was an added bonus. The camp kitchen was clean and tidy with everythi
Very basic campsite. Water was not hot in the women's showers which was disappointing. No wifi at all. We didn't see any sign of a kitchen and pizza oven. No one in reception on arrival. The manager walked around and collected cash about 5pm. $35 for powered site.
Nice little campsite, mainly grassy area, with heaps of kangaroo’s. Clean hot showers and toilets, laundry too. Many flies though..
DO NOT FEED THE KANGAROOS or other wildlife for that matter!!! Feeding them can kill them and/or you will be fined
We stay 1 night and it was a really great moment for us. 35$ for powersite 2 people. Hot shower and toilets are very clean. Cover kitchen with BBQ, boiler fridge and microwave. Lovely place, camp is big and lots of kangooroos. You can give them bread they will come for sure! Lovely staff! Call them before arriving and pay cash only!
Feels a bit abandoned. Facilities, camp kitchen and showers need a bit of TLC but they are functional. Dump point was overflowing. We stayed for four days and there was no one emptying bins checking toilets etc. The grounds are well kept but while walking one of the tracks we found an trailer loaded with garbage about a week old that the roos had been through and scattered about.
Nice little caravan park with drive through sites and very good ablutions. Lots of friendly roos and maggies to keep you company.
Good campsite with super friendly and helpful caretakers who gave us a warm welcome. Toilets and showers very clean and there was a covered camp kitchen available, no stove but a big bbq. Lots of kangaroos around, some even so friendly you can feed and touch them (but ask the caretakers which ones!). Only minus: lots of flies, but that was an issue everywhere in the area.
