Don't have to cross the river so it's ok for 2wd (gravel road). Not a lot of space so be there early. No signal.

Main road in to camp site is closed for logging works. Didn’t look for alternative route.

Amazing spot by the river. The gravel road up one side of the river is pretty steep so be prepared if you’re towing anything. We took a camper trailer in no problem, the river was hardly flowing over the crossing. 2 big spots on one side and a smaller one on the steep side. You can swim further up the river but watch for leeches. Northcliffe has water and poop dumping area near the visitor centre.

There are no tables anymore, anyway the place is very quiet and calm, in the middle of the forest. Recommended
