Very friendly staff! Very welcoming! Site directly at the beach. Just be aware of the snakes and lizards. Free WiFi.
Very good campsite. Close to the beach. Very nice owner: the first time we came he changed places for us to have a sea view. So we went back there on our return before taking our flight. Very hot shower
My ANZAC weekend stay here had its ups and downs. The absence of a designated check-in bay caused inconvenience, and encounters with permanent residents were less than pleasant. While the showers were decent, they could have been cleaner, and the bins weren't emptied during my stay. The lack of a common area for non-permanent guests was disappointing, indicating a focus on permanent residents. However, the location near the beach was a plus, although the lack of WiFi access was a drawbark
Only open weekdays and saturdays to 12pm. Dont stay here! Not welcoming unless you manage to pass their horrible designed website
A super nice campsite right by the sea? Everything was very clean and especially in the toilet and shower no spiders. Not even spider webs? Also very friendly at reception. I would book the campsite again at any time! It's a bit expensive, but worth the price.
Mixed feelings about this site - paid $49 for a powered site (all sites are powered so cheapest option). Park is mainly static caravans, only a small number of temporary sites. Pros are nice location on end of Burns Beach coastal path, pleasant and very clean bathroom and kitchen facilities, and generally quiet site. Free wi-fi, but only in close vicinity of the office. Downsides were site size for grass site was tiny, there is no shelter from wind, and there are 2 bright streetlights directly over the sites that stay on all night - so it's never dark. Overall think it's a bit overpriced.
