Service from booking, to on boat, to explaining and doing everything was beyond amazing. Anita was super responsive to queries as our booking was last minute. Tommo and crew on board super good at explaining everything. Super knowledgeable and diligent. All super friendly and easy to have a chat with. Came away with at least three meals catching red, blue cods, and a cray. If you are a beginner and interested, this probably the tour for you as it's all easily ready. 110% recommend to everyone going through the Kaikoura region. If you are iffy on the water, take some sea legs as it can be rough out there and focus on the horizon. I made back in one piece and am super sensitive to sea sickness.
